I recently spent a couple of nights at the InterContinental Madrid, and the stay was quite enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and offered a touch of luxury, while the breakfast buffet was truly really good, featuring a wide array of options. However, the furniture felt dated in places, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the attentive and friendly staff really made the experience special.

My room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed, elegant decor, and a large bathroom containing both a shower and a bath. But the furniture did seem a bit old and could use an update.

While the price was a bit on the higher side for dining options, the variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent. I did encounter some minor inconveniences due to security measures during my stay, but overall, the experience was good.
